Updated demos and examples to be more responsive in different resolutions.
Added ViewportChangeWatcher helper to notify listeners when the viewport size changes.
Removed the ContentMinimumSize property from EnhancedGrid. Minimum size is now the viewport.
Fixed bug in flow layouts LeftToRightBottomToTop and RightToLeftBottomToTop so that the groups now align along the bottom
