Fixes:

• Added a bias offset to the start position to calculate start cell index correctly when no padding or spacing is used. This is because the end position of one cell is the same as the start position of the next cell.

Features:

• Added public InterruptTween method to allow access to the private tween interrupt. Useful to stop tweening before a reload, for instance.
• Updated Demo 17 (Flick Snap) to not have padding and use the start cell bias property.
